We believe the soul of a fragrance comes from the intention with which it is created and the attention with which it is prepared. We prioritize thoughtful formulations, reducing excess packaging and waste, and the implementation of sustainability-driven practices in our labs and offices. We understand the power and responsibility of giving back and are dedicated to strengthening our connection to our communities.

CRUELTY-FREE PRODUCTS

100% of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING

93% of the paper products used in our paper packaging is responsibly sourced^[1]; by 2030, we aim to get this number to 95% or greater.

RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY

100% of the electricity we source for our direct operations^[2] is renewable.

REFILLS

By 2030, our goal is to have refilled more than 750,000 fragrance bottles through our client refill program. We are aiming to scale the program to an average pace of one bottle refilled every two minutes. To date we have refilled 300K bottles.

VOLUNTEERISM

Our office employees receive paid time off to volunteer; by 2030, we aim to extend this benefit to 100% of our Le Labo free-standing stores employees around the globe.

B-Corp logo Le Labo has been a certified B Corp since 2022. B Corp Certification is a third-party designation given to companies that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
