You will receive emails updates when your order is confirmed, picked-up, and delivered. Once the courier has picked up your order from a Le Labo boutique, you will receive an email with a live tracking link. -
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When opting for same-day delivery during checkout, you can select your preferred delivery window. The available delivery windows range from 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm, to 4:00-6:00pm, depending on the checkout time. -
